Recovery is an essential part of overall health and longevity, allowing the body to restore, rebuild, and perform at its best. Our services are designed to support the body’s natural recovery processes through intentional heat, cold, light, and movement-based therapies. From infrared sauna and red light therapy to lymphatic rolling and cold plunge, each offering works together to reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote balance. Prioritizing recovery through consistent practices—like hydration, quality sleep, mindful movement, and nervous system regulation—can help you feel stronger, more energized, and more resilient in daily life.

How to Prepare for Your Session

1. What to Wear

  • Loose, comfortable clothing or athletic wear is ideal.

  • For sauna and red light therapy: minimal layers allow maximum effectiveness.

  • Bring a swimsuit or towel if you prefer, especially for cold plunge sessions (Studio will provide towels).

  • Bare feet are fine in the sauna; water shoes or flip-flops are optional for the cold plunge. (Dallas Specific)

2. What to Bring

  • A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated (we also provide water in-studio).

  • Electrolytes, if desired (we have vitamin packs and sticks available for purchase).

  • Headphones or earbuds if you enjoy listening to music, podcasts, or guided meditations.

3. Studio Amenities & Extras

  • Water, teas, and vitamin packs/sticks are available for purchase.

  • Towels and changing areas are provided for your convenience.

4. Additional Tips

  • Arrive 5 minutes early to check in and settle into the space.

  • Hydrate before your session, especially for sauna and cold plunge.

  • Avoid heavy meals immediately before your session.

  • Listen to your body—start at a heat or cold level that feels comfortable, and gradually increase over time.

  • Plan to relax after your session for optimal recovery—consider stretching, deep breathing, or light movement.
